Ormeau Vet | Sanctuary Cove Vet | Hope Island Central Vet
Above award salary, dependent on experience
Over the past 12 months, we have opened Ormeau Vet and are now preparing to launch two new sister clinics: Sanctuary Cove Vet and Hope Island Central Vet.
Together, the three clinics will form a connected Gold Coast network focused on community care, clinical collaboration and an exceptional experience for clients and patients.
As the network continues to grow, we are looking for a Practice Manager to bring the operational side of the three clinics together.
You will support the established Ormeau Vet team while helping Sanctuary Cove Vet and Hope Island Central Vet build strong systems, connected teams and a positive culture from the beginning.
This is a unique opportunity to work across three companion animal clinics, partnering closely with Clinical Leads, nurses, veterinarians and support teams to ensure each clinic runs smoothly, efficiently and continues to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and patients.
Whether you are a veterinary nurse ready to move into practice management, an experienced clinic coordinator or Practice Manager seeking broader responsibility, or an operations, administration, people management or customer service leader with a genuine interest in animal health, we would love to hear from you.
