Linesight is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control on data centre projects in Melbourne.
You will advise on pre- and post-contract cost management, produce cost plans, manage variations, and contribute to final accounts with a focus on value for money.
We value a degree or relevant experience in construction cost management, enjoy a dynamic, deadline-driven workplace, and are willing to travel for short client visits.
