You will work with end-users, developers and other technical roles to ensure smooth operation.
Key duties include providing tier-1/2 support, monitoring performance, assisting with upgrades and changes, and documenting configurations.
A Diploma in CS/IS or equivalent and ITIL/Agile familiarity are preferred.
