We are working with a well-established boutique law firm with almost 20 years of experience, led by a highly experienced and approachable Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Paralegal to join a close-knit team and work alongside experienced legal professionals in a role offering genuine responsibility and exposure to a diverse range of family law matters.
The Opportunity:
As a Family Paralegal, you will provide high-level support across a range of family law matters, working closely with the legal team and assisting with the day-to-day management of files.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting solicitors with a diverse range of Family Law matters
Managing and maintaining files from commencement through to resolution

The Opportunity:
As a Family Paralegal, you will provide high-level support across a range of family law matters, working closely with the legal team and assisting with the day-to-day management of files.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting solicitors with a diverse range of Family Law matters




Managing and maintaining files from commencement through to resolution
Preparing correspondence, court documents and legal documentation
Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
Liaising with clients, courts and other relevant parties
Assisting with court and mediation preparation
Preparing briefs, chronologies, affidavits and other supporting documentation
Managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently
Providing general administrative and paralegal support to the Family Law team

About You :
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Family Law and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal
Strong knowledge of Family Law processes and terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Confidence communicating with clients and legal professionals
A proactive and positive approach to your work
The ability to work autonomously while also being a strong team player
Please note:The successful candidate will initially be required to work 5 days in the office while they complete training and settle into the team.
Once established in the role, hybrid flexibility will be available.
