DWS is seeking multiple
Maximo Support Analysts
to provide day-to-day support for a large enterprise asset management environment. You will assist users, manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the platform operates effectively within agreed service levels.

Role Requirements
n
n
Robust troubleshooting and customer service skills.
n
Experience working within a service desk or application support environment.
n
Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
n
Monitor and manage Maximo support tickets and service requests.
n
Investigate, troubleshoot,



and resolve user issues where possible.
n
Escalate complex incidents to appropriate technical teams.
n
Provide user support and guidance on Maximo functionality and processes.
n
Maintain accurate ticket updates, notes, and resolution details.
n
Support routine system monitoring and BAU operational activities.
n
Assist with testing and validation of minor system changes and fixes.
n
