The role focuses on promoting function, independence, and quality of life for patients with complex chronic conditions.
You will work within a culturally protected, Aboriginal-led organization, providing assessment, treatment, education, and coordinated care across services.
A Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy and Australian registration are required.
