As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for our patrons.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and skilled customer service while building rapport with patrons
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
Processing gaming payouts efficiently and accurately
Adhering to all RSA and RCG requirements and regulations
Responding promptly to gaming machine player requests
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
Serving quality beverages and food products to a consistently high standard




Maintaining skilled presentation standards at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service.
To be successful, you'll have:
Acurrent RSA and RCG
Previous bar experience is preferred
Beeager to learnand develop your skills
Strong customer service skillsand a genuine enjoyment of engaging with members and guests from diverse backgrounds
The ability to remain calm, adaptable and professional under pressure
Have availability towork evenings & late nightsup until 2am (if you're studying this is a great opportunity)
