Your strong operational and business-related skillset will be highly beneficial to implement organisational, and system change within the ICT Directorate.
To support effective change adoption, you will adhere to established frameworks and approved DCP tools.
These core capabilities will be heightened by your expertise and ability to oversee a dedicated team of Senior Change Analysts to fulfill strategic objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
Certified accreditation in Change Management.
In this role, you will:
Deliver change management initiatives for ICT projects through valuable organisational change and system implementations
Utilise existing change management methods to facilitate sound change adoption
Employ effective change strategies that heighten stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption
Foster robust leadership, as you guide and monitor staff performance and service delivery
Coordinate operational activities that bolsters departmental efficiency and aligns with organisational goals.
About you:
You possess extensive experience in executing change management frameworks and functions
You are an exemplary leader, who can deliver change initiatives through dedicated oversight
You have high-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders
You can foster innovative solutions that adheres to ICT policies and industry-standard principles
You proactively shape ICT operations through valuable mentorship and diligence.
