We have a strong value proposition, an established market, a professional operations team and a service that solves a very real problem for commercial building owners and managers.
And importantly —you won't be starting from zero.

Who are we looking for?
We're not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged.
This role will suit someone who canmanage their own time, manage their own pipeline and get on with the job.
You'll need:
The ability to work autonomously
Strong phone sales and communication skills
To be self-motivated and driven
The ability to manage your own call and lead sheet
Good follow-up habits — because leads don't close themselves
Confidence speaking with commercial & residential clients, building managers, contractors and decision makers
The ability to understand a customer's problem and communicate a solution clearly

Our roof membrane systems offer commercial clients a practical alternative to expensive roof replacement, with benefits including waterproofing, corrosion protection, heat reflection and long‐term system warranties.
The personality we're looking for
You don't need to be the loudest person in the room.
You do need to beorganised, persistent, personable and commercially minded.
If you can pick up the phone, have a positive conversation, identify an opportunity, follow it up properly and manage your own workload without someone standing over you — you'll probably do well here.
