We currently havecasual/ part-time opportunities available, with the opportunity to work up to37.5 hours per week.
As a Casual Educator, you'll be part of a supportive team providing quality care and learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

About The Role
In this role, you will be part of a team that advocates for children and supportsInsight Early Learning's philosophy of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability, and Equity, while helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment.




You will be responsible forimplementing an approved learning frameworkandsupporting the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.
A typical day includes:
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages self-confidence and self-esteem
Actively supervising and interacting with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
Working collaboratively as part of a team
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Following Insight Early Learning's philosophy, policies, and procedures
Educating and caring for children as part of a team in a national company that recognises and rewards great team members
Being coached and mentored by our experienced Educational Leader and service management
About You
We welcome applications fromCertificate III or Diploma qualified Educatorswho are available to work up to37.5 hours per week.
You'll ideally have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (must-have)
1–2 years' experience in early childhood education and care (must-have)
A current and valid Working with Children Check (must-have)
Good knowledge of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and child safeguarding
An understanding of the EYLF, play-based learning and the Reggio Emilia approach
A warm, positive and enthusiastic approach to working with children
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a willingness to contribute to the team
Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded (nice -to -have)
