Lead and support day-to-day operations to deliver business and financial objectives.
Partner with the business to shape commercial decisions and strategy.
Drive profitable growth through clear analysis and actionable insights.
Improve reporting and analytics across Finance and the wider business.
Focus reporting on key performance drivers and actions.
Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, including clear Analysis of Change.
Develop NPD business cases, pricing models and scenario analysis.
Develop and maintain robust costing models.
Support strategic projects and business initiatives as required.
Build financial capability across cross-functional teams.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Financial analysis & modelling.
Commercial acumen
You will also be:
CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent).
10+ years' experience in Commercial Finance/Business Partnering role.




Agri-business / FMCG experience preferable.
