RGIT Australia is seeking a Venue Lead to run the floor and bar, leading shifts and a team through busy weekends, live music, and events.
This hands-on role focuses on guest experience, beer knowledge, and smooth service with close coordination to kitchen operations.
You will manage stock, rosters, and labour to budget, while upholding RSA, food safety, WHS, and licensing requirements.
Weekend availability and leadership under pressure are essential.
