Accor, a global hospitality leader, is seeking a Chef de Partie in Sydney for the Novotel Sydney Darling Square kitchen team.
You will supervise a kitchen section alongside the Head Chef, help with menu prep and maintain high standards across outlets from buffet breakfast to in-room dining.
You will be trade qualified with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, able to work in a high-volume kitchen, and lead junior chefs while upholding food hygiene and presentation standards.
