MP Recruitment is seeking an experiencedLaboratory Technicianto join a well-established manufacturing operation in the Albury-Wodonga region.
This is a hands-on laboratory position working closely with production to ensure products and processes meet required quality standards.
We are looking for someone who already haslaboratory experience within a manufacturing environmentand is comfortable working as part of a rotating shift roster.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine laboratory testing and analysis
Sampling and testing materials and finished products
Recording and maintaining accurate test results
Monitoring quality standards and identifying non-conformances
Completing laboratory documentation and data entry
Maintaining laboratory equipment and a clean, organised work area
Working closely with production and quality teams
Following established quality, safety and hygiene procedures
To be considered, you will ideally have:




Previous laboratory experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience with quality testing, sampling and laboratory procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence completing documentation and recording results
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Availability to workrotating day and afternoon shifts
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
A qualification inLaboratory Techniques, Laboratory Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or a related disciplinewould be highly regarded.
