About the work unit / facility:Child Development Services (CDS) provides transdisciplinary paediatric allied health assessment services to children aged 0-8 years with complex developmental delays.

You'll assess and prioritise referrals, support families to access appropriate services and coordinate care across Child Development Service and Community Paediatrics.
You'll also contribute to service improvement and integrated, family-centred care.Requirements:Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)Possession of a Class C driver's licenseThis is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.Probation period may apply.Pre-employment checks will be conducted.Please refer to the Role Description for further details.Apply now and be part of something extraordinary!
