The Reject Shop is becoming Dollarama Australia, part of a global discount retailer.
As an ASM you'll have a real path to running your own store and stepping up when the Store Manager is away.
You'll work hands-on on the floor, lead the team, handle stock, service and standards, and participate in the development plan designed to grow you into Store Manager.
You'll receive a $***** base hourly rate plus penalties, overtime, and 17.5% leave loading, with structured progression.
