About The Role
As Hotel Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered across the resort.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead and support team members, oversee daily operations and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
You'll also step into leadership responsibilities when required, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to grow their management career.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead daily operations across the resort's food and beverage outlets
Support,



coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
Maintain service, presentation and operational standards across all outlets
Assist with staff training, performance and day-to-day team leadership
Drive guest satisfaction while supporting commercial and operational outcomes
About You
You're a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing out the best in your team.
You'll bring:
Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager or similar leadership role
Robust knowledge of food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar service
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
Current QLD RSA with Wine and cocktails knowledge
RMLV Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
