As an AHPRA-registered Mental Health Nurse, you will join Adult Mental Health Services in Hobart, Tasmania, in permanent full‐time opportunities (Grade 3‐5).
You will deliver high‐quality, person‐centred mental health nursing care within multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, monitoring mental state and treatment response, developing care plans with consumers and carers, maintaining clinical records, and contributing to quality improvement
