Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a dedicated social worker to plan, coordinate and deliver high quality social work care to patients in the Community Palliative Care Team.
The role supports patients and families within the Calvary network, with emphasis on evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The position offers non-on-call, no weekend work, NFP salary packaging, benefits and career development in a supportive environment.
