Sitemate is seeking a VP of Product, Growth to own acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue within a product-led growth function.
This role sits at the intersection of Product and Marketing and reports to the CEO in a lean, high‐performance team.
You will lead a small team of engineers, define Growth KPIs and SLAs, build instrumentation, and run a rapid experiment cadence across the product, homepage, and microsites.
Hybrid work in Sydney or Melbourne with two days in the office.
