TASkeno is part of Federal Group and has been supporting gaming venues across Tasmania for decades. Operating a statewide Keno network, TASkeno works closely with hotels, clubs and casinos to deliver reliable gaming services, exceptional customer support and a seamless venue experience.

We are currently seeking a Help Desk Operator to join our Operations Centre team based in Sandy Bay.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a hospitality, gaming, wagering, casino, helpdesk or customer service background who enjoys a role with variety, problem solving and the chance to continually develop new skills.
n
What can you expect from a day in this role?
n
At the heart of TASkeno operations, you'll support venues, monitor systems and resolve issues to deliver a seamless customer and venue experience.
n
You'll monitor games and systems, assist venue staff, process ticket corrections, troubleshoot equipment, complete compliance reporting and support wider projects, working with key stakeholders to keep the network running smoothly.
n

You'll be a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and has a keen eye for detail.

To be successful, you'll bring:

Experience in hospitality, gaming, wagering, casino, customer service, helpdesk or call centre environments
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
High attention to detail and the ability to work within a regulated environment
n
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence learning current systems
n




The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
n
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
n
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on a rotating roster, with shifts spanning 8:00 am to 2:00 am Sunday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 am Friday and Saturday, including some 10-hour shifts, and rosters provided two weeks in advance.
