is a mid-size building engineering consultancy providing building services and engineering consulting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and structural professions.

The Electrical Team Leader will join a collaborative Electrical team with established clients and projects. Develop, train and mentor a small team of electrical engineers to continue to improve and build the strengths of the individuals and the team as a whole.

The Rolen
n
Oversee the electrical engineering team output
n
Take the lead on Project Management for commercial redevelopments and new build greenfield projects
n
Manage the team directly and set workloads
n
Review system designs - lighting, power distribution,



smoke and fire detection, comms, security etc.
n
Provide advice and training where required
n
Client facing role
n
Based in Cronulla - perfect for someone living in the Sutherland Shire, Western Sydney, Southern Sydney or Wollongong
n
The Ideal Personn
n
Has 5+ years Australian experience in commercial building and/or construction sectors
n
Must have an Electrical Engineering degree and Australia recognised tertiary qualification
n
Prior people management or supervision experience
n
Hands on experience with Australian NCC, building standards such as AS****, AS**** AS****, AS****, AS****, AS****, AS*****, etc.
n
Has a great attitude and willingness to get involved
n
Familiar with software such as REVIT, PowerPac, AGI, DIALux etc.
n
Highly organised with attention to detail
n
Strong communication skills
n
Strong client engagement skills
