BildGroup is seeking a Leading Hand to support site delivery for premium residential subdivisions in the Mackay region.
You will lead civil crews, work with the Supervisor to meet plans and quality standards, and enjoy autonomy on site in a permanent, site-based role.
We value safety, hands-on capability across earthworks and drainage, and the ability to mentor junior crew members while keeping projects on time and on budget.
A local move to Mackay is encouraged.
