Journey Beyond's Cruise Whitsundays operation in the Whitsundays region is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the land-based production kitchen, delivering high-volume, high-quality catering across vessels and private charters.
You will manage kitchen staff, maintain HACCP and food safety standards, control stock, and mentor the team to uphold exceptional guest experiences through food.
Flexibility for peak periods and relief duties is required.
