The Department of Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Cancer Care Coordinator to provide advanced nursing leadership and expert cancer care from diagnosis through treatment.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, assess complex needs, educate patients and families, and facilitate access to services while ensuring safe, patient-centred care.
The role is permanent part time (32 hours per fortnight) with salary range 118,297 to 125,543 AUD per annum (pro rata) plus employer benefits.
