In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering people-focused programs that support strategic workforce, leadership, culture, and organisational transformation initiatives.
You will coordinate, manage, and evaluate projects and programs that embed culture, strengthen leadership capability and ways of working across the organisation.
Partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders, you'll apply human-centred design approaches to identify opportunities, co-design solutions, and support the facilitation of workshops and engagement activities that drive organisational effectiveness and sustainable change.
This role operates within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance.
The home base for this role is Macquarie Park, with flexibility to work from other office locations at times.
Team collaboration days are generally on Monday at Mac Park and Wednesday at Elizabeth St, Sydney CBD.

Your project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills,
and experience in culture and capability programs formed across HR, organisational development, and transformation roles will see you deliver tailored solutions, overcome competing priorities, and influence program adoption to lead to enhanced workforce outcomes and strategic alignment.
You're a skilled communicator, experienced in building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, translating complex concepts into compelling materials for different audiences, and designing and delivering people-focused initiatives in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
