The GPT Group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the NSW Logistics portfolio.
This role covers tenancy relations, lease negotiations, capex projects, and financial management, with travel to Sydney Olympic Park as part of the portfolio.
You will transition from portfolio coverage to an expanded Asset Manager remit, overseeing building operations, valuations and compliance, while collaborating with Capex, Finance and Development teams to drive growth.
