You will mentor peers and ensure recovery-oriented, lived-experience informed care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Based in Launceston, Burnie or Hobart, you will supervise daily operations, allocate tasks, support IPS values, and drive service improvements while maintaining safety and quality across the program.
