St Vincent's Care is seeking Living Support Partners to provide direct care for residents across CASUAL shifts, mainly night meets, aligning with individual care plans.
You will support daily living activities, uphold resident rights, and collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming, respectful setting.
Applicants should have Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, 6+ months of residential aged care experience, and pass police/NDS checks.
