* Manage rosters and resource allocation and provide direction and feedback on workshop performance.
* Conduct shifts pre-starts covering safety, daily work schedules and other relevant business.
* Assist with complex mechanical and hydraulic problem-solving.
* Coordinate mechanical services with internal and external clients to ensure efficient delivery.
* Coordinate breakdown repairs and recovery as required.
**What you'll bring*** Qualified Diesel Mechanic,
