The City of Vincent is seeking amotivated and capable Supervisor Construction to oversee fieldcrews and contractors responsible for the construction andmaintenance of the City's roads, footpaths, drainage, and othermunicipal infrastructure assets.
Permanent, full time position based in Osborne Park
Salary Range $99,146-$103,506 per annum dependent onqualifications and experience

About the Role
The Supervisor Construction is responsible for leading theCity's construction crews and contractors in the delivery ofmunicipal infrastructure projects and maintenance works.
Thisincludes overseeing the construction and renewal of roads,drainage, footpaths, crossovers, signage and other civil assets,ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, within budget andto the required standards.




The role provides day-to-day leadership, mentoring and supportto Crew Leaders and field personnel while coordinating resources,managing schedules, monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance withworkplace safety requirements.
What we're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
Significant experience supervising operational teams anddelivering civil construction projects, including roads,drainage, footpaths and crossovers
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, projectplanning, budgeting, estimating, and interpreting technicalplans and specifications
Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagementskills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage competingpriorities
Commitment to workplace safety and recognised safe workpractices
Certificate IV in Civil Construction (or equivalentexperience), WA HR Class Driver's Licence, White Card andCurrent First Aid Certificate
Traffic Management accreditation, OH&S; training andcivil machinery tickets highly regarded
