The ideal candidate has experience in mountain bike trail building and maintenance and is an avid mountain biker themselves.
We're looking for someone with solid people leadership skills combined with technical capability.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
Lives and breathes mountain biking.
Understands trailmaintenance, design and construction techniques, and hasa strong background in advanced mountain bike riding.
Strong people management skills and ability to plan work schedules
Is passionate about creating memorablerider experiences.
