HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Deliver proficient, person-centredCommunityNursing care and coordinate individual care plans to achieveoptimaloutcomes for patients and families.
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to less experienced staff, supporting a culture of learning and development.
Collaborate across disciplines to plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions and support programs in acommunityhealth setting.
Support the Nurse Unit Manager in quality improvement, service planning, and change management initiatives within the team.
Participate in clinical teaching, audits, and evaluative research to ensure evidence-based, high-qualityCommunityNursing care delivery.
