THE POSITION
Support the operational delivery of Patient Services across the hospital.
Provide leadership, coaching and support to Hub Coordinators.
Act as the first escalation point for operational and workforce-related matters.
Coordinate patient movements, transfers and discharge cleaning activities.
Support workforce planning, rostering, payroll approvals and leave management.
Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to address patient flow challenges.
THE PERSON
Leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare environment.
Experience supporting hospital operations,



patient flow or support services functions.
Strong workforce management, rostering and operational coordination skills.
Experience leading and developing frontline teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience interpreting operational data and using insights to drive improvements.
