As a Registered Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of surveying projects from planning through to completion. You'll lead and coordinate project activities, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure all work is delivered to a high professional and technical standard.
Your work will include cadastral, engineering and control surveys, reviewing and certifying survey plans and reports, managing project resources, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow the business. You'll also provide guidance and mentoring to survey team members while contributing to broader planning and engineering projects where required.

Essential
Current registration as a Registered Surveyor in Australia
Degree qualification in Surveying or a related discipline
Experience managing surveying projects, including budgets, schedules and client relationships
Strong understanding of surveying legislation, standards and industry best practice
Demonstrated leadership capability and a genuine interest in supporting the growth of others
Experience using modern surveying equipment, GNSS technology and industry software
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across clients, councils,



contractors and project teams.

Current professional industry memberships
Experience across a broad range of land development, infrastructure or engineering projects
Exposure to business development, proposal preparation and networking activities.

The position combines office-based work with regular field activities across urban and regional environments, offering variety and exposure to a wide range of projects and stakeholders.
