CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager, Inclusion & Belonging & WGEA to lead Australia-wide I&B; priorities and govern WGEA reporting. Based in Melbourne or Broadmeadows, you will partner with local HR and global stakeholders to drive representation, pay equity, and inclusive practices aligned to business objectives.
You will establish metrics, dashboards, and governance processes, ensuring compliance with legislation while influencing senior leaders to embed inclusion into people strategies
