We believe that we can improve health outcomes by involving our community in the planning and evaluation of their local health services.The Senior Mental Health Clinician (Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist) is accountable for direct specialist and advanced standard of clinical mental health practice, consultancy, and advice to support the delivery of evidence-based community interventions for people with mental illness in the Community.About your opportunity:In this position you are...To assist consumers and families/ supports to develop a comprehensive individual recovery plan; and facilitate the effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of this plan.To work co-operatively and effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, facilitating access to and co-ordination of the range of services/skills necessary to meet the consumer's identified needs and goals.To provide high level clinical and qualified leadership on the development of evidence-based clinical policy and practice, service development, information management, data collection and dissemination, quality improvement activities,



research, and evaluation projects and the maintaining of appropriate records related to service delivery, performance, and outcome measurements.To undertake professional development activities, professional supervision, and work practice supervision.For more information about this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.Using AI for your application?
