About the rolen
Partum Engineering is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our Hobart team. This is an opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer with strong overhead and underground distribution design experience to take ownership of a range of power infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilitiesn
n
Deliver overhead and underground LV, MV and HV distribution designs
n
Prepare engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical documentation
n
Work with clients, utilities, contractors and project teams
n
Review designs and provide technical guidance to engineers and designers
n
Ensure designs meet relevant Australian Standards and utility requirements
n
Provide technical support throughout project delivery
n
Mentor and support junior engineers
n
About youn
n
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
n
Robust experience in electrical distribution design
n
Experience across
both overhead and underground networks
n
Knowledge of LV, MV and/or HV systems
n
Experience with Australian utilities, network operators or engineering consultancies
n
Strong understanding of relevant standards and utility requirements
n
Confident managing projects and stakeholder relationships
n
n
Experience with Australian network operators will be highly regarded.
