Your Responsibilities n
n
Lead the smooth delivery of events, including weddings, corporate functions, high‐profile gatherings and large‐scale celebrations, ensuring timelines and client requirements are met.
n
Deliver exceptional, personalised service and act as a key point of contact for clients, responding confidently to requests and resolving issues.
n
Supervise, motivate and support F&B; teams, delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient and high‐quality service.
n
Conduct clear and engaging team briefings covering event run sheets, menus, special requirements and service expectations.
n
Oversee event setup, presentation, cleanliness and functionality across front and back of house, ensuring the venue meets safety and service standards.
n
Work closely with Venue Management, Operations, Kitchen and F&B; teams to coordinate event logistics and resolve operational issues.
n
Monitor service standards,



gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve event delivery and the guest experience.
n
Support cost control, stock management, accurate transactions and completion of post-event requirements, including pack-downs and event reports.
n
What We Are Looking For n
n
Minimum 4 years experience in a function/events supervisory role with the hospitality/events industry.
n
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building positive, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
n
Demonstrated ability to maintain impeccable standards in all aspects of event execution.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
n
Professional, client focused approach with a positive attitude.
