Wynstan is looking for a motivated
Sales Consultant
to join our team in a contractor capacity.
This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate measures and quotes, recommending suitable products and contributing to sales targets and business growth.
What you'll be doing
Meet with customers to provide accurate measurements, quotes and product recommendations
Follow up leads, drive conversions and follow up customer holds within set timeframes
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and new business
Develop relationships with key accounts
Work with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally
Keep up to date with recent products and attend product training
Prepare and submit accurate paperwork
Collect customer deposits where appropriate and utilise EFTPOS onsite
Work closely with showroom staff and support the Wynstan showroom experience
Attend weekly and monthly meetings, team meetings and showroom openings/launches
Support other Sales Consultants as required
Work safely, report hazards and follow WHS policies and procedures
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous trade or carpentry experience is desirable
Strong measuring skills with a keen eye for detail
The ability to work autonomously and take initiative
A team-focused approach
The ability to understand customer needs and think outside the box
The ability to manage conflict appropriately
Well-presented and professional
The ability to continually develop and refine sales techniques
Must have ABN
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and finding the right solution for their needs. You'll also be comfortable working independently while collaborating with the wider Wynstan team.
