Harmony Auto Australia is growing rapidly across the Australian new energy vehicle market, with an expanding network of dealerships, service operations and corporate functions.

We are looking for an experienced
IT Manager/Head of IT
to take ownership of our Australian IT environment and help build a secure, reliable and scalable technology platform for the business.
n
Reporting directly to the
Country Rep
, you will work across Australian operations while partnering closely with our
China/HQ IT teams, local technology providers and OEM technology teams
.
What you'll be responsible forn
n
Lead day-to-day IT operations across our multi-site Australian business.
n
Manage outsourced IT providers and technology vendors.
n
Develop and implement the Australian IT roadmap.
n
Strengthen cybersecurity, IT governance and technology risk management.
n
Support corporate, dealership, warehouse and service centre technology.
n
Lead IT projects, system implementations and new-site technology requirements.
n
Manage business applications including CRM, DMS and other key systems.
n
Coordinate IT issues and projects with China/HQ technology teams.
n
Work with OEM teams on technology issues involving connected vehicles, EV technology and related platforms.
n
Establish effective IT incident,
business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
n
What we're looking forn
You will ideally have:
n
n
8+ years' IT experience with previous IT management or senior IT operations experience.
n
Experience managing IT across a multi-site organisation.
n
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networks, Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.
n
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk.
n
Experience managing outsourced IT providers and vendors.
n
Robust project and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience working with international or offshore technology teams.
n
n
Automotive, EV, OEM, dealership or other multi-site industry experience will be highly regarded.
n
Experience working with Chinese-based organisations or technology teams is advantageous, and
Mandarin language skills are desirable but not essential
.
n
This is more than a traditional IT Manager role.
n
