general maintenance on rental properties
and hands-on
new construction work

Key Responsibilities
Complete general repairs, maintenance, and upkeep across a diverse rental property portfolio.
Assist with carpentry, structural work, and various tasks on new construction sites.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and represent the company professionally to clients and tenants.
What You Need
Proven experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or a specific trade (carpentry, plumbing).
Current Manual Car Licence
(minimum requirement).
A strong work ethic and a
genuine willingness to work outdoors
in North Qld conditions.
Reliability, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
