Optus is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of managed ITSM services for a Federal Government client. You will be the primary service delivery lead, ensuring SLAs are met, incidents are managed, and continuous service improvements are delivered, while maintaining financial accountability.
