A newly established multidisciplinary allied health clinic is looking for an experienced
Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist
to become part of its foundation team ahead of opening.
Rather than stepping into an already established hierarchy, clinicians joining now will have the opportunity to help shape clinical processes, team culture and service delivery with significant scope to progress into leadership as the organisation grows.

The ideal clinicians will have
at least three years' experience
, be confident working independently and enjoy being part of something that is still developing.
The owners want people who bring ideas, personality and energy to the team not clinicians who simply want to arrive, see clients and leave.
There is no intention to micromanage experienced practitioners. You'll be trusted to manage your caseload professionally, communicate directly with clients and families and structure your working week in a way that works for you.
For an OT or Speech Pathologist thinking about leadership but not wanting to completely step away from clinical work, this provides a genuine pathway to grow with the organisation.
Location: Clinic-based
Contracting rate: $100-$115 per hour + Super
