Us! Are you an early riser with a passion for baking and a willingness to learn? We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Baker to join our friendly team in Frankston.
This is a great chance to gain valuable hands-on experience and work towards a nationally recognised baking qualification while learning from experienced professionals. What We Offer

Working Hours 2:00am - 10:00am Six days per week
Tuesday to Saturday, with an additional day as required
As an Apprentice Baker, you will learn all aspects of commercial baking, including:
Preparing and mixing doughs and batters
Baking breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products
Operating bakery equipment safely
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Assisting with daily production
Following food safety and quality standards
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine interest in baking
Is reliable, punctual and eager to learn
Can work early morning shifts
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is committed to learning and developing their baking skills
