Qscan Group in Current South Wales is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the Katoomba team on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registrations, bookings, triage, and queries during standard hours 8 AM to 5 PM.
This role emphasizes accurate billing, data entry, and back-office support while using a range of booking and practice-management systems. Excellent communication and a patient-focused approach are essential.
