Annual Salary between $80,****** to $85,******, plus Superannuation, NFP Salary Packaging, Paid Christmas closure and other generous leave provisions under our Enterprise Agreement.

What will you be doing?
This position is part of a small HR team that works collaboratively across all areas of RACR in providing effective and timely HR support to the organisation.
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and operational assistance across HR functions, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, learning and development administration and general HR processes using established systems, procedures and guidelines.
What do you need to succeed?
Minimum Certificate IV qualification in Human Resources (or willing to obtain), Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Commitment to the values of a community service organisation and well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources or a similar environment.
