four new agencies across Sydney

With the business continuing to expand, they are looking for an experienced
Insurance & Compliance Coordinator
to join their team. This is a great chance for someone with strata experience who wants to step into a role with genuine ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.
The Role
Working closely with the strata management team, insurers, brokers, contractors and key stakeholders, you'll oversee a range of insurance and compliance requirements across the business. Key responsibilities include:
Managing insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
Assisting with policy renewals and insurance documentation
Liaising with insurers, brokers, contractors and stakeholders
Coordinating AFSS inspections, repairs and submissions
Managing lift and pool registrations and renewals
Coordinating strata by-law registrations
Maintaining compliance registers, records and key dates
Monitoring renewals and statutory requirements
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of strata plans
Providing administrative support to the strata management team
About You
Strata experience is essential
Previous experience in strata insurance and/or compliance highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident dealing with insurers, contractors and multiple stakeholders
Able to manage deadlines, renewals and competing priorities
Proactive and comfortable working autonomously
