What you will be responsible for: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring a small internal sales team and at the same time supporting the external sales team.
Demonstrating commercial acumen in developing and coaching the internal sales team.
Reporting to the Site Leader, you will support and execute effective sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Support and develop talent within the current team, whilst nurturing the growth and development of each individual.
Establish, track, and manage KPIs to enhance team performance.
Lead the internal sales function in executing trading skills to deliver market-leading customer service.
Building competency across multiple business divisions, including product, markets and customer segments Optimise internal processes to boost operational efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Work collaboratively across the wider business to align with broader Vulcan objectives.
Ability to leverage data to develop reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance.
Requirements Demonstrated success in a sales and/or customer service leadership role.
Proven ability to define KPIs, coach team members, and foster motivation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process enhancement.
