We're now looking for
experienced Machine Operators
and
Machine Operator Assistants
to join our day shift team. Must have forklift license with some experience
The Opportunity
In these roles, you will:
Support daily production operations on modern industrial machinery
Help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Contribute to ongoing process and productivity improvements
These are hands‐paced roles suited to people who enjoy working in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure efficient, high‐quality production
Perform basic/routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned machines
Assist with machine set‐up, adjustment, and changeovers as required
Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly at all times
Work closely with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Participate in training to build and maintain your technical skills
About You
We're looking for people who can bring:
Experience
in a machine operator,



production, or similar manufacturing role
A sound understanding of
industrial machinery operation
and basic maintenance
Ability to
read and interpret
simple technical manuals, diagrams, or instructions
Strong
attention to detail
and a clear focus on product quality
Good
communication and teamwork
skills
Reliability, a positive attitude, and comfort working in a
fast‐paced
environment
Willingness to complete any required
training and certifications
(Assistant roles may suit candidates with less experience but strong aptitude and a desire to learn.)
